"REASONABLE" means Rationale, "RATIONALE" equals to SCIENTIFIC. In the Indian constitutional domain, "reasonable" clearly means rationale, which in turn means scientific, not based on superstitions, individual or community belief, but, what can be found true by scientific method such as, interpretation based on data analysis, Statistics etc. I.e. some real figures.
