"REASONABLE" means Rationale, "RATIONALE" equals to SCIENTIFIC. In the Indian constitutional domain, "reasonable" clearly means rationale, which in turn means scientific, not based on superstitions, individual or community belief, but, what can be found true by scientific method such as, interpretation based on data analysis, Statistics etc. I.e. some real figures. Religion has been discarded more than once in the Indian Constitution as a basis for any course of action, be it, that of the legislative, executive or the judiciary.
